Summit Mortgage Training's Ninety Days to Impact program is designed to increase the production of purchase market originations and to increase the number of referral sources for each new Mortgage Loan Originator. The program includes a weekly one-hour small group live coaching call with includes one actionable focus item each week. Each focus item is explained in a step-by-step format, and handout materials are availible for download each week prior to the call.
There are a total of 13 weekly calls throughout the program, each with a different topic. The weekly calls are designed to be motivational, educational and to provide a structured framework that will increase not only the number of pre-qualifications and applications, but also to increase the number of referral relationships.
All coaching particpants are asked to complete the Entry Form prior to the beginning of the program. This form details the status of each participant with regards to current production, current referral partnersm knowledge of the industry and individual goals for the completion of the program. Each participant in the small group coaching sessions will have an individual 30 minute call with their coach to review their Entry Form and discuss their goals. This call is scheduled during the week prior to the program's start date.
