You are registering for a package of 12 hours of IN PERSON classes to be held ON TWO DIFFERENT DAYS IN THE SAME WEEK!

On Tuesday, October 10th, from 8:30-4:30, you will complete the 8 hours of annual Continuing Education required by the SAFE Act. If you're licensed in Pennsylvania, you will also complete your requirement for 1 hour of PA state-specific Continuing Education.

On Thursday, October 12th, from 8:30 - 12:30, you will complete both the additional 4 hours of annual Continuing Education required by the state of NJ. This will round out your total requirement for NJ to complete 12 total hours of annual Continuing Education.

Class will begin at 8:30am SHARP! Please arrive no later than 8:15 am to check in to class and receive materials. You will not be able to join the class after 8:30am. Be sure to bring photo identification with you and be prepared to show it to your instructor at the time of sign-in.

8 Hour PA SAFE Comprehensive: 2023 Key Topics
This course satisfies the annual continuing education requirements for mortgage loan originators set forth by the SAFE Act, including 3 hours of federal law, 2 hours of ethics, and 2 hours of nontraditional mortgage lending. This course also satisfies the requirements set forth by the SAFE Act for a 1-hour Pennsylvania elective continuing education course for MLOs.

2 Hour NJ SAFE: 2023 NJ Law Key Topics

This course satisfies the requirements of the SAFE Act for a 2-hour New Jersey CE course for MLOs. This course covers provisions set forth by the New Jersey Residential Mortgage Lending Act specific to license renewal, advertising, recordkeeping, reporting, notification, prohibited conduct, home lending, and enforcement.

2 Hour SAFE Elective: Fixed Rate Mortgages

This course satisfies the requirements for 2 additional elective hours to satisfy the 4 hours required for NJ Continuing Education. This course covers the specifics of various fixed rate mortgage products, inlcuding buydowns, balloons, second lien mortgages, and reverse mortgages.
